Trouble Accessing Your Account? Here’s How to Get Back In

Overview

If you’re having trouble accessing your account or you can log in but cannot see your previous orders, there are a few common issues that can usually be resolved quickly. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and regain access.

 


 

Quick Tip: Double-Check Your Sign-In Email

If you’re unable to sign in, first confirm that you’re using the correct email address. Even a small typo can prevent access.

    • Carefully re-enter the email address you used when creating your account
    • Check for common typos (for example: gmial.com instead of gmail.com)
    • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the email address
    • If you have multiple email addresses, try the one you most likely used when signing up

Once you’ve confirmed your email is correct, try signing in again.

 


 

You Are Being Asked for a 6-Digit Two-Factor Authentication Code

Once you have confirmed that your email is correct and you use that to sign in, you will be asked for a 6-Digit Two Factor Authentication Code.

  1. Check the inbox for the email that you signed in with

  2. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  3. Codes can only be used once and expire after 15 minutes. If the time has passed, go back to the login page and try again.

 


 

Clear Browser Issues

Sometimes login problems are caused by your browser:

    • Clear your cache and cookies
    • Try using a different browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox)
    • Disable any browser extensions that may interfere with login

 


 

Confirm Your Account Is Activated

If you recently signed up, make sure you’ve completed account activation:

    • Check your inbox for the approval email
    • If you didn’t receive an approval email, please reach out to sales@pawprosper.com with your business name and email.
